'Trust the process'

I was very excited about this set up but after about 4 hours the first day I was sorely disappointed and had to face it against the wall to get over it for a while.

It took me years to not just rub them out at this stage.

After a week of recovering I pulled it out again and spent another 4 hours. It suddenly started working and beautifully. Then I had to stop to replace the flooring in my studio, I can't wait to get back to it.

I'll keep you posted. -A

On the second day devoted to painting the fruit I decided I needed a cherry on the right side of the painting. It was early and I was still a little groggy. As I reached for a cherry to move it to a new position I realized there was no fruit any where, grapes, cherries, plums, all gone. Then I noticed a vase with sunflower leaves was knocked over and there was water in between all my brushes. Then I noticed the raccoon tracks ALL over the studio.

The moral is, LEAVE NO DOORS AJAR.
